It may feel like its a scary step to take, but I will take care to support you through the process, the aim is to provide the opportunity for you to fully explore your life and experiences in confidence, safely and without judgement.

If you prefer to work in a limited session, solution focused way, I can offer an 8-session programme specifically looking at your chosen concern. Please get in touch to discuss your options.

Experience

I have been a therapist for 15 years.

I have a broad experience having worked in GP surgeries and for Occupational Health services and also in private practice, this includes working with anxiety, depression, trauma and bereavement.

My special interests are disability and long term illness
